A federal grand jury has indicted eight people for having counterfeit alien resident cards.
All eight were caught living in the panhandle, three of them in Panama City.
Apparently they had all been deported before and came back to the country illegally.
The men are facing up to 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine for having the counterfeit cards.
And they could face up to two more additional years in prison and another $250,000 fine for coming back into the country illegally after being deported.
