The Coast Guard called off its search Monday night, but the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Bay County Sheriff's Office, say they will continue looking for the next few days.
Wednesday, crews will be searching the area by boat and helicopter.
According to witnesses, the girl was on a float at the jetties at St. Andrews State Park Sunday afternoon with her 18-year-old cousin when a rough current flipped the raft.
The 18-year-old was pulled up by a local fisherman, but the three-year-old wasn't found.
Officials still have not released the little girl’s name, but they say she is from Morrow, Georgia.
