There’s more sobering economic news today. The foreclosure rate in Bay County now exceeds the national average.

Too much unwanted development. Not only have they devalued previously profitable beach investments, they have now diminished the family vacation mecca this place once was with these giant eyesores that are financial disasters. If you think the airport will resolve these issues, look at the world economy. There is not going to be money for these droves of European and Canadian tourist to flock here. An empty promise.
