2 P.C.B. men arrested: One uses a hammer, other uses knife, during a fight
The Panama City Beach Police Department has arrested 34-year-old Richard Charles Burger and 49-year-old James Allen Spray on Aggravated Battery Charges.

The Panama City Beach Police Department has arrested 34-year-old Richard Charles Burger and 49-year-old James Allen Spray on Aggravated Battery Charges.
Both appear to reside at the 130 block of Heather Drive in Panama City Beach.
Police were called to the Heather Drive address for a disturbance and once officers arrived, they discovered that Spray had cut Burger with a knife in the stomach and Burger had struck Spray in the head with a hammer.
Both men were taken to local hospitals and released shortly thereafter.
Both men were charged with one count of aggravated battery and each was taken to the Bay County Jail for first appearance.
