A house already destroyed by a fire overnight has kept Lynn Haven Fire crews busy.

The house in the 1500 block of Texas Avenue first caught fire around 10:15 last night.

Fire fighters rushed to the scene and managed to get the blaze under control. Firefighters did find a man on the property who suffered severe burns; he is in critical condition at a local hospital this morning.

No other injuries have been reported.

At around 7 this morning, embers from the overnight fire reignited--causing the home to light up in flames.

Crews had it under control quickly – however, they are checking for hot spots right now.
