The Public , Public Works Department for the City of Port St. Joe has announced that the Water Boil Safety Notice that took effect on December 24th has been rescinded.

Public Works officials informed News Channel Seven that the water is now safe to drink after the completion of a Bacteriological survey proved satisfactory.

Water Customers in the following service areas:

All of North Port St. Joe, all of the City of Port St. Joe, from: Gulf Coast Community College, Ward Ridge, Oak Grove up to the Highway 98 Over Pass & Up Highway 71 to the Library and Dockside Café.
