Bay County residents looking for an easy, environmentally friendly way to dispose of used Christmas trees can drop them off starting Friday.
The trees will be used as fuel at the incinerator.
Bay County residents and business owners may drop their trees off for processing at no charge at the following locations:
Pete Edwards Field in Panama City Beach, the Bay County Fairgrounds in Panama City, H.G. Harders Park in Bayou George -- and of course, the Incinerator on Bayline Drive, off Highway 231.
Workers will collect the undecorated trees daily through January 10.
