The Panama City Police Department announced the arrest of 28-year-old Samuel Lojohnathan Brown, of Panama City.
Brown is charged with one count of Child Abuse.
Brown’s charges stem from an ongoing investigation into injuries to a four-year-old child.
Brown is currently in the Bay County Jail awaiting First Appearance.
