A wreck Friday afternoon leaves two Bay County men in critical condition at the hospital.
It happened on us 231 at the entrance to the I-10 ramp just before noon.
Florida Highway Patrol officers say 77-year-old Jack Sears from Panama City was driving a small pick-up truck with 70-year-old Donald Holdman from Fountain as his passenger.
The two men were traveling south on 231 behind a semi truck which was being driven by John Kenny from the Tampa area.
Kenny was preparing to turn his semi left onto the I-10 ramp when Sears drifted into the same turn lane.
He was going about 55 miles per hour.
FHP say he tried steering away from the truck, but it was too late.
His small truck struck the backside of the semi truck.
Sears was taken to Southeast Alabama Medical Center where he is listed in critical condition.
Holdman was taken to Bay Medical Center and he is also in critical condition.
As for Kenny, FHP say he walked away from the crash in good physical condition.
