A Youngstown man has turned himself into authorities to face D-U-I Manslaughter charges.

66-year-old Orville Sizemore surrendered to Florida Highway Patrol troopers. He was booked into the Bay County Jail on one count of D-U-I Manslaughter and 2-counts of D-U-I With Bodily Injury.

The fatal crash happened last month on State Road 77, near Skunk Valley Road, in the Sand Hills community.

Investigators say Sizemore lost control of his pick-up truck and hit the back of a car driven by Ola Robinson of Graceville. Both the car and truck ran off the highway, flipped several times and each landed in a ditch.

Sizemore, Robinson and her two passengers, Agnes Underwood and 63-year-old Helen Pruitt Weir, were all trapped in the vehicles.

Weir was hospitalized, but died 2-days later from her injuries. Investigators had to wait for toxicology results to come back from the lab before charging Sizemore.

Troopers say those lab results show he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Sizemore is in the Bay County Jail tonight.
