Trial continues today in Kentucky for a northwest Florida man charged with making a hoax phone call that led to a fast food employee being strip searched and sexually abused.
Thirty-eight-year-old David Stewart of Fountain in north Bay County is
charged with impersonating a police officer, soliciting sodomy and three counts of soliciting sexual abuse.
Prosecutor Mike Mann says Stewart made incriminating statements
when he was questioned by police about the call.
Investigators say a trace of telephone calling cards led to Stewart's arrest.
The employee is suing McDonald's for 31 (m) million dollars. She claims the company didn't protect her from the hoax.
