According to authorities, a former Crestview man is charged with sexually molesting two children in his care at his previous residence of 420 Brown Place, Crestview, between January and November 2008.

30-year old Russell Bauer IV of Robinwood Drive in Milton was arrested by the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office on Friday, June 5th.

Reports say he is charged with sexual battery on a victim under the age of twelve and lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim under the age of 12.

Investigators say Bauer admitted on multiple occasions he placed the five and six year old victims on his lap with and without clothes, rubbed against them and fondled them. He also admitted performing oral sex on one of the children.
