People traveling through parts of Walton County faced major delays Wednesday.
A traffic crash around 10:00AM shut down both lanes of Highway 20 just west of Freeport for nearly five hours.
Walton County sheriff's deputies say a car pulled onto Highway 20, right in-front of a semi.
The semi hit the car, and then the truck driver swerved to keep from running over the car, and wound-up in a ravine.
Sheriff's deputies say the driver's quick thinking probably saved lives.
As it was, neither driver was seriously hurt.
Highway 20 completely reopened around 4:00PM Wednesday afternoon.
