Panama City police have made an arrest, charging a 19-year-old with three counts of burglary.
Police say they found Doyle Williams, who's from South Bend, Indiana, at his family's home near the 2800 block of 14th Street.
Williams allegedly broke into three vehicles near Chestnut Avenue, stealing stereo equipment.
Investigators combed the area after nearby residents heard the sound of glass breaking, and that search led them to the 19-year-old.
Williams is in the Bay County Jail. He faced a judge as early as Sunday morning.
