Panama City Police have arrested two men in connection with a murder at a Salvation Army Facility in Panama City.
30-year-old Timothy Christopher Hance and 47-year-old Dino Soukeras.
Police arrested both men Monday morning shortly after arriving at the crime scene.
It happened around 8:30a.m. at the apartments owned and operated by the Salvation Army.
The apartments are located behind the Salvation Army store on West 15th Street and Flower Avenue.
Panama City Police responded to a disturbance call in apartment-A.
When they went inside they discovered the male victim's body.
"Noticed once inside that a person was deceased and
then investigations was called," says Sgt. Jeffrey Becker.
Police say Hance killed the victim. He's also being held on charges for burglary and attempted armed robbery.
Hance was developed as a person of interest by investigators and they were able to locate him at a gas station on West Highway 98 near Molitor Avenue. Hance offered a statement and confessed to the murder and to two burglaries. During his confession he implicated Soukeras had assisted in the burglaries.
Soukeras is charged with one count of burglary.
Police have not yet released the victim's identity.
They say both the victim and the suspects were all living in the apartment complex.
