5 Arrested in Meth Lab Raid in Mossy Head


MOSSY HEAD, Fl. The Sheriff’s Office Vice/Narcotics Unit found a methamphetamine lab, an excess of 200 grams of methamphetamine oil, narcotics equipment used to manufacture the drug; including chemicals, cooking vessels, smoking devices and hypodermic syringes.

The resident, Scott E. Ammons, 37, was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine in excess of 200 grams, a first degree felony and Manufacturing Methamphetamine, a second degree felony and Possession of Narcotic Equipment, a first degree misdemeanor.

Four other individuals were also arrested during the execution of the search warrant; Tamilin Richardson, 51, Melissa L. Fabozzi, 39, Joseph K. Molbert, 43 and Robbie R. Roper, 34, all of DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

All four were arrested and charged with Principle to Trafficking Methamphetamine in excess of 200 grams, a first degree felony, Principle to Manufacturing Methamphetamine, a second degree felony and Possession of Narcotic Equipment, a first degree misdemeanor.

In addition, Fabozzi was also charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams, a first degree misdemeanor. All five individuals were arrested without incident and transported to the Walton County Department of Corrections in DeFuniak Springs.
