Zero Murders in Panama City in 2006

The close of 2006 brings Panama City some good news when it comes to crime.

Police say despite numerous shootings in December alone, there were no murders on record within Panama City’s city limits.

Police say they're fortunate last year's shootings never lead to a fatality, but they say they need your help to get rid of this dangerous trend.

"If there's one thing we need more than anything, it's the community calling us, and letting us know what's going on in the city."
