It looks like Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis could end up doing more than just community service in Bay County.
According to ruling Thursday by Circuit Judge Dedee Costello, Francis will go to trial on four felony charges and two misdemeanor charges of prostitution here in Bay County.
The state will have to use witness testimony to prove these charges because all the video tape evidence was thrown out due to an illegal search.
Originally 46 charges were filed as a result of his filming during spring break at Panama City Beach almost four years ago.
Francis was recently sentenced to community service in federal court on federal charges which are separate from the local charges.
