A man wanted in connection with a sexual assault and robbery at a Lynn Haven fast food place is now in custody.
40-year old Benjamin Forest worked at the Hardee's on Highway 77.
He showed up at the restaurant around 11:30 Wednesday night. When a female co-worker opened the door, forest allegedly threatened her with a knife, and then raped her.
Investigators say forest forced the woman to open the safe, took $2400 in cash, then made the victim drive him to the 14-hundred block of Martin Luther King Blvd -- where he ran off.
He turned himself in to Panama City police just before midnight Thursday night.
He's at the county jail on charges of sexual battery, kidnapping, armed robbery and grand theft.
