Investigators think a car fire may have been responsible for burning down a North Shore home.
Firefighters got the call to the home off North Shore Road about 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning. By the time they got there the fire had already destroyed most of the house.
Eighty-three-year-old Nena Kearney lived alone in the house. Something may have been wrong with Kearney's car heater.
The car was parked in the garage, which appears to be where the fire started.
