The fire broke out about 7:00 at a home on Gilstrap Drive near Bob Little and Business 98.
Parker firefighters say by the time they arrived, the home was covered in flames.
Twenty-five-year old Jamie Haygood and her six-year-old son Alan were in the house when the fire broke-out. They escaped without injury.
Firefighters believe the fire started in Alan's bedroom, but they're still investigating.
Family members say the mobile home was just nine days from being paid for.
