Tragedy on Back Beach Road
Panama City Beach Police worked all night investigating a tragic traffic crash Wednesday night which killed three people.

Panama City Beach Police worked all night investigating a tragic traffic crash Wednesday night which killed three people.
The accident happed at Back Beach Road and Alf Coleman Road around 9:30 PM and was witnessed by a Beach Police office on his way to work.
Initial reports say a small red car crashed into the rear of a Mustang. The man in the small red car died at the scene. The Mustang caught fire. Two people trapped inside the wreckage died in the blaze.
There was a third car involved. It was sitting at the traffic light and was hit by one of the first two cars in the crash, but no one in that vehicle was injured.
Police are still working to positively identify all of the victims. Until family members are notified their names won't be made public.
More details on the crash are expected to be made public later today.
