At Monday night's city of Panama City planning board meeting, several people discussed the high-rise development planned for the property just on the west end of the Hathaway Bridge.
Derrick Bennett, the attorney for the developer, says they met with the Woodlawn Homeowner's Association.
Bennett says they favored annexation into Panama City for the condo. The president of the association, Fritz Gould, says they have "no objection," of the annex request.
