If you're not computer savvy, not to worry, Chipola College has just the courses for you.
The college is partnering with a local technology company to offer computer training courses in the upcoming weeks.
"Geeks Help" will be sponsoring several seminars and workshops at the college's Continuing Education Department.
The company will also be working with local authorities to raise awareness about identity theft.
That is the topic of their first seminar on October 20th.
The seminar will help people avoid becoming an identity theft victim.
Geeks Help CEO Matt White says, "people think they have to have a computer or do banking online to be a victim of identity theft. But the reality is your identity is out there in so many places, that even the FBI says that you cannot account for it and you cannot prevent an identity theft."
The workshops and seminars run from the end of October to the middle of November.
