The deaths of more than 70 dolphins along Florida beaches in recent days is making national news, and now it appears the problem isn't just among marine life in the wild.

Sunday officials at Gulf World Marine Park in Panama City Beach announced the deaths of two young dolphins in captivity.

Eleven-month-old Ripley was one of the dolphins that died. She was born at the park. Nemo, a dolphin stranded off the coast of Georgia, also died.

Doctors had been treating the young animals for neurological symptoms, but are not sure the exact cause of death. Tissue samples are also being studied and compared to help determine whether there is a relationship between the two deaths and the current dolphin die-off in the Gulf of Mexico.
