This is not another fish story. This weekend's National Shrimp and Oyster Festival really is going to be the biggest and best yet.
Event organizers were able to reel in more than 35 seafood vendors from around the country, just because they added the word national to the festival's title. The event is in its fourth year at St. Andrew’s Marina, and this year is expected to bring a record crowd of more than 20,000 people.
There's will be live music, rides for the kids and tons of seafood of course. It will cost you three bucks to get in. Kiddies under six are free.
The festival will continue Saturday from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
