Kids aren't the only ones getting into the Easter fun. Local dogs and their owners got a dog park.

The entire northwest corner of Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach is being dedicated to our furry friends.

A park dedication was held Saturday and included a cute pooch parade. Local dog owners are thrilled about the park.

"My vision was to have a place where animals and their owners could go to socialize. We have nothing like that, so this was a great idea. Now owners can bring their dogs to play with other dogs without being on a leash," says dog owner Kathy Mullen.

Mullen says if enough dog lovers are interested they may expand the doggy park.
