Condos Rapidly Becoming Hot Properties

NewsChannel 7 has learned that OG Property Development has bought the old Panama City Toyota dealership buildings and the Sun Harbor Marina.

The price tag is reportedly in the neighborhood of $5 million.

In addition, the company is reported to be negotiating with individual owners of condominiums at Sun Harbor.

We have learned OG is planning to build an upscale community, including four 20-story condo buildings on the east side of the Hathaway Bridges.

No one from OG Development would comment when contacted by reporters.
