Panama City- Friends and relatives of Panama City Beach girl who was hit and killed on her way to the bus stop last week are planning a fundraiser to help her family.

Six-year-old Julie Lister and her 9-year-old step brother Michael McFall were hit by a car last Wednesday morning while crossing Front Beach Road. Michael was seriously injured, Julie died on the scene. Between medical bills, funeral costs and lost wages, the parents are struggling financially. So friends have organized a concert and dinner this Saturday night.

"For those who can give, God bless them, for those who can't God bless them. It's just a matter of who can be there and who can't and if you can, just come out and support, it's such a good cause. If you just think about if it was your kid or you were in this predicament you would probably need some help also," said Ronald Witten of the Willing Vessels. The gospel group will perform Saturday at 7pm at the Trinity Holiness Church in Southport. Dinner will follow. A love offering for the Mcfall/Lister family will be taken.
