Walton County sheriff’s deputies and State Health Department investigators arrested Timothy Holcomb.
Investigators say Holcomb wrote or called in prescriptions to a pharmacy in Destin on at least eight different occasions.
Holcomb apparently graduated from a medical school, but authorities say he never took the tests to get his Florida medical license.
