A Panama City Beach man was critically injured and a Panama City woman is seriously hurt in a two car crash on Back Beach Road near Cauley Ave. late Wednesday morning.
The Florida Highway Patrol said 55-year-old Anthony Beckom was headed east on Back Beach when he crashed into a car coming out of Speedy Car Wash.
Troopers say 30-year old Heather Wyche pulled onto the busy highway into the path of Beckom's car. Beckom's red Mercedes crashed into the side of Wyche's Dodge Charger.
Both drivers were rushed to a local hospital. A six year old boy, a passenger in Wyche's car, was wearing his seat belt and was not injured.
