63-Year-Old Man Fights with Folding Knife, Arrested
A 63-year-old man is behind bars after getting into a physical altercation wtih a folding knife.

A 63-year-old man is behind bars after getting into a physical altercation wtih a folding knife.
On Monday at approximately 6:55 p.m., the Jackson County Sheriff’s Dept. received a distressed call in reference to physical altercation with a knife from 5039 Hwy 273 in Campbellton.
When authorities and emergency crews arrived they say during the altercation *63-year-old Louie Jones pulled a folding knife on a man, whose name has not been released, and cut him across the left temple and across the chest at the base of his neck.
The victim's injuries were minor and did not require further medical treatment. Jones was transported to the Jackson County Jail and charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.
