Two fishermen found 29-year-old Hollis Salinas, Jr.’s body in Little Choctawhatchee River near the Alabama and Florida state line last Saturday.
They believe Salinas was dumped there at least two weeks earlier.
Lawmen say Salinas was shot a number of times, although they don't know how many times, or what kind of gun his killers used.
Crimestoppers is offering a $6,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
