The man, who was caught on the banks surveillance cameras, is thought to be in his mid 20's.
He handed a note to the teller and took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot.
He may be armed, although police say he never showed a weapon while at the bank.
Tracking dogs were brought to the scene, but lawmen suspect the bandit probably got into a waiting car not to far away to make good his getaway. The dogs were unable to pick up a scent.
The robbery took place around 10 a.m. Thursday morning.
