The first of three defendants in a Marianna burglary, grand theft and arson case will likely not know his verdict until Wednesday.

Shane Lee Baxley and two other men are accused of breaking into the Audio Innovations stereo equipment store in Marianna, stealing equipment and then setting the store on fire to cover their tracks.

Authorities responded to the scene on Highway 71 North last September. The store's owner, Will Miles, says the burglary and the arson has cost him customers as well as affected three other neighboring businesses.

Shane Lee Baxley is the first of three suspects to go to trial. A trial date for the other two, Nathaniel Lee Hamby and Joshua David Phillips has not yet been set.
