A Callaway man is arrested for charges relating to the molestation of a child.

In October of this year, investigators received information from the Parker Police Department concerning the molestation which occurred on several occasions. Throughout the next two months, interviews were conducted with the victim, and witnesses in the case, which verified the original information.

On Wednesday, 52-year-old Rockey Walter Kummer, of Swan Rd. in Panama City, was met by police and taken into custody as he arrived in Panama City, at the airport.

Kummer, who is a former Parker Police officer, was transported to the Bay County Jail where he was served with an arrest warrant charging him with Lewd or Lascivious Molestation. He will go to first appearance in front of a Bay County Judge on Thursday. The investigation into this incident continues, and further charges are possible.

She loves her children and will protect them and the wives dont care about her lifestyle!!! As far as you concern she is very heartbroken and torn up over this cause she loves her husband very much!!!i wished you wouldnt judge a mother unless you know for sure!!!!

Another degrace for the local law enforcement community, who can we trust when the corrupt are corrupt. If you can't trust law enforcement, who can you trust? Surely not the government.

I guess when you went to High School with the Judge it does make a difference. I agree with you keephiminjail, $15000 is nothing. I just hope they took his Passport when they let him out on bond.
