About 150 volunteer workers pitched in Thursday to get the big project on Florida Avenue north of 15th St. in Panama City off to a fast start.
Using the volunteer labor in the “quick build” project will keep the $1 million cost down to about $300,000.
Project Manager Mark Hodges says the Kingdom Hall facilities should be finished late next week.
He says as many as 250 workers will be on the job this weekend.
