7th Annual Cajun Fest a Ragin' Success

Friday through Sunday Schooners held their 7th annual Cajun Fest bringing 8 different bands to the beach with plenty of creole dishes.

Hundreds enjoyed fun music and delicious food.

Chef Konrad Jochum says a lot goes into the preparation of the event, "800 pounds of crawfish, 600 pounds of shrimp, 500 pounds of potatoes and corn and gallons and gallons of beer."
