For now, Daniel Frank Pate faces just one count of possessing child pornography, but he will apparently face a lot more once authorities finish going through all of the material.
Panama City Police Chief David Slusser says it's the worst child porn case he's ever seen. He says some of the images on Pate's computer show children being sexually battered by adults.
Investigators say many of the pictures appear to be on children in other countries, but they say some of them also contain the name of the website they came from.
