Cheney's Motorcade Causes Traffic Delays

The vice president's motorcade caused a few delays for local drivers. Local authorities escorted the vice president from the airport up Lisenby Avenue.

From there the motorcade headed west to 23rd Street, to Highway 98 and over the Hathaway Bridge. Then it was on to Thomas Drive, Magnolia Drive and then to the Bay Point Resort.

Traffic was delayed on each roadway and the Hathaway Bridge. The maximum delay was about 25 minutes. There were not any incidents along the way.
