Local police found the little boy wandering around the Standford Point Apartments near Stanford Road and 23rd Street back on May 27th.
After NewsChannel Seven broadcast the child's picture his grandfather recognized him and called the boy's mother. She in turn called police.
Autumn Rae Collins claimed there was a mix up between her and the boy's baby-sitter, so Panama City Police investigators did not file any charges.
But this week it's a different story. They have arrested the 20-year-old woman and charged her with child neglect.
Investigators say now they found the same little boy wandering un-attended on June 9 around the pool area at the Stanford Point complex.
They say Ms. Collins was not providing adequate supervision for her child. She's been released from the Bay County Jail on her own recognizance bond.
