Steve Garrison says he has been planning for the perfect moment to propose to his girlfriend, Laura Miller, for weeks.
The couple is spending a relaxing vacation on Panama City Beach, and decided to head to the beach Wednesday morning, but Steve was already planning ahead.
He decided the best way to spell out his love was with a banner plane saying, "Laura, will you marry me? Love, Steve."
As soon as the plane flew over she said yes and was thrilled at Steve's creative planning.
"I think he's so thoughtful. I can't believe that he did all that. I'm really surprised, I mean, we've been together a long time, but I'm really surprised that he did all that."
Steve and Laura are from Tallahassee, but met at their work in Atlanta.
