Fight Over Radio Turns to Murder

One man is dead and another arrested after an apparent fight over a radio.

Bay County sheriff's deputies arrested 47-year-old Robert Atzberger Wednesday night at his home on Vestavia Street at the west end of Panama City Beach.

Investigators say Atzberger got into a fight with a transient named Joseph Ross Antel last Thursday. Atzberger claimed Antel tried to steal his radio.

Antel died three-days later in a local hospital. Atzberger is being held in the Bay County Jail without bond.
