The Krewe of St. Andrews celebrated Mardi Gras Saturday.
Beads, beads, and even more beads were thrown out for the 13th annual St. Andrews Mardi Gras parade.
Fourteen krewes, including the Krewe of St. Andrews took part. There were around 22 brightly-colored floats in this year's parade.
The festivities began at Oakland Terrace Park, went down 11th street and traveled all the way down Beck Avenue passing thousands of people.
This huge street party attracts more and more people each year.
"We're having a great time. Its well worth coming out to. Everybody is having a great time. We're catching a lot of beads and its fun for the kids," Lisa Garner, a Panama City resident said.
"It's our first Mardi Gras parade. How do you like it so far? It's fantastic," Martin Bolger, visiting from London, Ontario Canada said.
This parade was the grand finale of Bay County's Mardi Gras season.
Fat Tuesday is next week.

Every one we met at the Parade were friendly and welcomed us to the event, as new to the Parade and our Defuniak Springs Krewe is less than one year old our seasoned Host guided through. Special thanks to the Police dept. for a great job of crowd control and traffic. It has been a while since we had chance to smile and laugh together. The next time we are are in PFN we will stop for refreshment at Poppys and remember,"let the good times roll" We are Blessed. Krewe de Yak Love, Geri
