The suspect is 35-year-old Eva Elaine Jacob. Investigators say Ms. Jacob filed a child abuse claim over the state's Child Abuse Hotline.
When authorities checked it out they say Jacob filed the report to get back at someone she didn’t like.
She was jailed in the Walton County Jail in Defuniak Springs.
Deputies say anyone intentionally filing a false report of child abuse report can face criminal charges.
