P-C-P-D Nabs Burglary Trio
Police detectives have arrested three suspects in an investigation that started last week in St. Andrew and was quickly tied to other cases.

Panama City Police have arrested Richard Alan Hartley, 21, Walter Andrew Tate, 18, and Joseph Michael Menck, 16 in a burglary investigation.
Hartley is being charged with Burglary of an Unoccupied Dwelling, Dealing in Stolen Property, and Uttering Forged Bills. Tate is being charged with Principle to Burglary, Dealing in Stolen Property and Uttering Forged Bills. Menck is being charged with Burglary and Dealing in Stolen Property.
Involved was a March 3rd burglary at a home on Lake Ave in St. Andrew.
During the course of the investigation leads were developed that led to the three suspects in the case. Detectives also connected the suspects to a Lynn Haven break in and counterfeit money.
Many additional items, such as cameras, Ipods, Ipod accessories and DVD's and CD's were also recovered. Those items are believed to have been stolen in other burglaries and police are attempting to identify the owners of the property.
