A Panama City man has been indicted on federal child pornography charges.

30-year-old James Michael Beall was indicted in federal court in Panama City Wednesday.

Bay County sheriff's investigators, along with immigration officials and members of the Thornton, Colorado police department say Beall possessed and distributed child pornography, and tried to
entice a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing child pornography.

If convicted he faces as much as 50-years in prison.

U-S Magistrate Larry Bodiford set Beall's trial for May 10th.

That is pretty messed up! I cant believe I left him around my daughter. If I would have known he wouldnt of been!
