A judge is threatening to dismiss a “Girls Gone Wild” suit which had been filed in Tuscaloosa.

Circuit Judge Steve Wilson says the three girls who filed it must name themselves in court records or their lawsuit against the makers of the films will be thrown out.

An attorney for the three girls contends his clients should remain anonymous to avoid embarrassment.

The suit claims the Girls Gone Wild video series' crew enticed and coerced them to disrobe and expose their breasts when they were 17.

The girls were in Panama City Beach for Spring Break 2003 when the film crews approached them.
