Falling Tree Kills Two Men
Two people died Saturday afternoon in a freak traffic accident in Franklin County in the Lanark Village area.

Two people died Saturday afternoon in a freak traffic accident in Franklin County in the Lanark Village area.
The Florida Highway Patrol identified the two as David T. Hollister, 57, and Thomas C. Hollister, 22. It is unknown at this time if the two were related.
Troopers say both men, who are from Tallahassee, died when a tree fell onto the roof of their car. The accident happened on Highway 98 just east of Lanark shortly after 1 PM EST Saturday.
Both men died at the scene. The FHP is continuing to investigate along with the Franklin County Sheriff’s office
