Appeals Court Returns GGW Jet

The justices ruled the $2 million, 12-seat jet will stay with its owners, Aero Falcon, LLC.

The Girls Gone Wild crew had leased the jet and used it to fly to Panama City during Spring Break last year.

Bay County Sheriff's investigators seized the jet and a Ferrari during raids on the Girls Gone Wild organization. The camera crew was arrested. Their criminal cases are still pending in local circuit court.

This week’s ruling upholds an earlier decision by Circuit Judge Dedee Costello, who ordered the Sheriff’s Office to return the jet to its rightful owners.
